Student tutors are nominated by faculty to offer support for their peers in nearly every subject taught at the College, and coaching for better work habits and study skills. The Office of Subject Tutoring and Learning Support selects and trains tutors, who are nationally certified by the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA). Tutoring is available for nearly all subjects taught at the College, and is FREE to all RMC students.

written and oral communication support
Supporting critical skills for class and life, the tutor staff in Academic Writing & Speaking provide students with peer writing and oral communication support. Writing Tutors can help students with their writing at any stage of the process and in any discipline. Speaking Tutors assist students with planning, putting together, and delivering speeches, presentations, and other forms of oral communication.
SKILL-BUILDING AND INTERVENTION SEMINARS
Our campus-wide commitment to students鈥 success means helping students acknowledge when things aren’t going well and intervene to build a firmer foundation. Our evidence-based GNED 100 Foundations For College Students course is a one-credit add-on especially designed to help students who want to improve study skills, note taking, time and energy management, and more. Academic Policy and Leadership

The Office of the Registrar maintains the official academic records for current and former students. The office publishes the Academic catalog; coordinates registration; produces the final exam schedule; handles all corrections to student data; verifies enrollment and degrees; processes transcript requests; and prepares and mails diplomas.

The Office of the Provost supervises academic departments, and all academic support functions of the College. The Provost also provides leadership for the Athletics department, which is intricately linked to students鈥 overall experience at RMC.聽
